Functie omschrijving Onze klant is een internationaal logistiek bedrijf met een stevige verankering in de regio. Ze zetten dagelijks alles op alles om hun goederenstromen efficiënt, stipt en klantgericht te laten verlopen en daar komt heel wat planning bij kijken.

Om hun team te versterken zoeken we een Dispatcher / Assistent-Planner die houdt van structuur, schakelen en overzicht houden, zelfs als het druk is.

Wat je doet Als dispatcher ben jij het brein achter de dagelijkse transportplanning in de Benelux. Je werkt nauw samen met chauffeurs, collega-planners en externe partners. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles rijdt zoals gepland en dat de uitzonderingen net zo vlot worden opgevangen.

Jouw taken op een rijtje:

  • Inventariseren van zendingen en plannen van zo’n 5 trailers per dag
  • Coördineren van interne shuttles tussen verschillende vestigingen
  • Afspraken maken met externe partners voor kleine zendingen
  • Opvolgen van chauffeurs onderweg en bijsturen waar nodig
  • Administratieve afsluiting van de distributieritten
  • Back-up zijn voor de planner van groupagewagens binnen België

Je denkt vooruit, maar je schakelt ook snel als de situatie verandert. En net daarin blink jij uit.

  • Een eerste ervaring in dispatch of transportplanning
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands én Frans
  • Je bent nauwkeurig, administratief sterk en digitaal onderlegd
  • Je blijft rustig onder druk en kan goed prioriteiten stellen
  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig denkniveau
