Voor een gevestigde speler in de regio Brugge zijn we op zoek naar een Logistiek Planner. Je komt terecht bij een bedrijf met een stevige reputatie en een gevarieerd klantenbestand. Dankzij de combinatie van ervaring, vakkennis en een praktische ingesteldheid heeft het bedrijf een stevige positie binnen zijn markt opgebouwd.

In de rol van Logistiek Planner neem je de coördinatie van verschillende transporten voor je rekening. Je vormt daarbij de verbindende factor tussen chauffeurs, klanten en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat de planning ook bij wijzigingen werkbaar blijft.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige transportplanning en een efficiënte afstemming van chauffeurs en ritten
  • Opvolging van het volledige transportproces, van het aanmaken van transportorders tot het boeken en organiseren van ferryovertochten
  • Nauwkeurige opvolging van douaneformaliteiten en transportdocumenten, zodat alle administratie correct en tijdig wordt afgehandeld
  • Dagelijks contact met chauffeurs, klanten en onderaannemers, evenals het behandelen van transportaanvragen en het verzorgen van een vlotte communicatie
  • Snel inspelen op onverwachte wijzigingen of problemen onderweg en gericht zoeken naar passende oplossingen, met behoud van het overzicht over alle lopende dossiers
  • Je hebt al een eerste ervaring als dispatcher, transportplanner of in een gelijkaardige logistieke functie
  • Met Excel kan je vlot uit de voeten en je gebruikt het moeiteloos om informatie overzichtelijk te verwerken
  • Je communiceert vlot in Nederlands en Engels, zowel met collega's als met chauffeurs, klanten en andere partners
