Die Frachtbahn ist ein auf Traktion im Güterverkehr spezialisiertes, privates Eisenbahnunternehmen. Im Fokus stehen Kunden und Kundinnen, die den Laderaum selbst einbringen. Das eigene Kerngeschäft umfasst die Bereitstellung von Trassen, Lokomotiven und Lokführer_innen zur Durchführung von grenzüberschreitenden internationalen Schienengüterverkehren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Wien suchen wir ab sofort 1 Disponent_in (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben - abwechslungsreich & verantwortungsvoll

* Operative Steuerung des Eisenbahn-Güterverkehrs in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich

* Planung und Disposition von Zugfahrten, Personal- und Fahrzeugeinsatz

* Laufende Kommunikation mit Triebfahrzeugführer_innen, Kunden, Leitstellen und Infrastrukturbetreibern

* Schnelles Handeln bei Störungen, Verspätungen oder kurzfristigen Änderungen

* Überwachung und Dokumentation des Betriebsablaufs über moderne IT-Systeme

Was du mitbringen solltest

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, z. B. in Logistik, Transportplanung, Eisenbahnwesen oder Disposition

* Organisationstalent, Belastbarkeit und die Fähigkeit, auch in Stresssituationen den Überblick zu behalten

* Interesse an technischen Abläufen und vernetztem Denken

* Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten (Tag, Nacht, Wochenende)

* Teamgeist, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Hands-on-Mentalität

Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Disponent_in (m/w/d) beträgt 3.502,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
