Schwerpunkt Stützpunktverkehr und Feinverteilung Sie behalten auch in dynamischen Situationen den Überblick, organisieren Transporte effizient und denken wirtschaftlich? Dann verstärken Sie unser Team in der Transportplanung und übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Steuerung unserer nationalen Transport- und Zustellprozesse. Ihre Aufgaben: Disposition und Transportplanung Disposition des Fuhrparks im nationalen Stützpunktverkehr sowie in der regionalen Feinverteilung ab Asten Kontrolle und laufende Begleitung der Fahrer-, Touren- und Warenzuteilung Laufende Abstimmung mit Kundenservice, Lagerpersonal, Systempartnern und Fahrern Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und wirtschaftlichen Transportablaufs Planung Feinverteilung Verantwortung für die regionale Tourenplanung in Oberösterreich, Niederösterreich, Salzburg und Teilen der Steiermark Planung und Steuerung von rund 30 bis 35 Zustelltouren pro Tag Einsatzplanung von Fahrpersonal und Fahrzeugen unter Berücksichtigung von Auslastung, Lieferzeitfenstern sowie gesetzlichen Vorgaben Laufende Tourenüberwachung und direkter Kontakt zu den Fahrern Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und kurzfristigen Planungsanpassungen Bereitstellung von Lieferauskünften für den Kundenservice Planung Stützpunktverkehr Disposition der täglichen Warensendungen zu allen österreichweiten Stützpunkten unter Berücksichtigung wirtschaftlicher und operativer Anforderungen Erfassung und Zuteilung sämtlicher Auftragsdaten im System AS400 Zeitgerechte Übermittlung aller Planungs- und Transportdaten Erstellung und Bereitstellung von Liefer- und Transportpapieren Organisation der Rückführung von Gebinden entsprechend dem tatsächlichen Bedarf Planung und Koordination von Sondertransporten und Sonderzustellungen Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten und Sachbearbeitung Telefonische und persönliche Abstimmung mit Kundenservice, Lager und Fahrpersonal Arbeitszeiten: Regelarbeitszeit: Montag bis Donnerstag: 06:30 bis 15:00 Uhr; Freitag: 15:00 bis 22:00 Uhr Vertretungsweise: Montag bis Donnerstag: 10:30 bis 19:00 Uhr Ihr Profil: Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Transport- bzw.
