DISTRICT MANAGER CONSTRUCTON

Antwerpen - Vlaams Brabant

Wat ga je doen ?

  • Je leidt een team van ongeveer 10 Account Managers en bent hun coach, sparringpartner en inspiratiebron
  • Je begeleidt je team actief in het veld, benoemt wat beter kan en vertaalt plannen in concrete acties
  • Je bouwt samen met je team verder aan een sterke commerciële groei, met oog voor winstgevendheid en duurzame relaties
  • Je geeft richting binnen de strategie van Berner en werkt samen met de directie aan de ontwikkeling van je teamleden
  • Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor klanten bij afwezigheid van de Account Manager en onderhoudt zelf regelmatig contact met Key Accounts
  • Je bent een charismatisch leider die mensen weet te enthousiasmeren, mee te nemen én waar nodig bij te sturen
  • Je bent een coach die het beste in mensen naar boven haalt en je bent hands-on en no-nonsense: je zegt waar het op staat en vertaalt strategie in concrete acties
  • Je bent empathisch maar krachtig – soepel in de omgang, duidelijk in de kern
  • Je bent analytisch sterk met een helicopterview, maar tegelijk commercieel en resultaatgericht en komt met goed onderbouwde analyses en oplossingen
  • Je bent een uitstekende communicator: zowel schriftelijk als mondeling overtuigend
  • Je rapporteert in deze functie rechtstreeks aan de Sales Director Construction

Wat maakt jou geschikt voor de job ?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor of Master diploma
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar commerciële ervaring, bij voorkeur in het aansturen van een salesteam
  • Je hebt ervaring of affiniteit met de bouwsector en technische interesse
  • Je bent eerlijk, transparant, ambitieus én stressbestendig
  • Je hebt zin voor organisatie en durft kritisch naar jezelf te kijken
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en kan je goed uidrukken in Frans en Engels
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in Vlaams Brabant (Mechelen, Leuven,…)
