Uw rol als Docent Nederlands

Als Docent Nederlands speelt u een sleutelrol in de taalontwikkeling van onze leerlingen. U leert hen niet alleen correct en krachtig te communiceren, maar helpt hen ook om via taal grip te krijgen op hun studie en hun toekomst. Met uw vakkennis en passie voor

de Nederlandse taal inspireert u leerlingen en vergroot u hun kansen in het vervolgonderwijs en op de arbeidsmarkt.

Uw bijdrage aan ons onderwijs

- Het verzorgen van inspirerende lessen Nederlands aan leerlingen op verschillende onderwijsniveaus (VSBO en/of SBO).

- Begeleiden en ondersteunen van leerlingen bij hun taalvaardigheid en persoonlijke ontwikkeling

- Ontwikkelen en aanpassen van lesmateriaal en leermiddelen

- Toetsen en beoordelen van het werk en de voortgang van leerlingen

- Actief meedenken over onderwijsvernieuwing en deelnemen aan teamoverleggen

- Creëren van een veilige en positieve leeromgeving waarin iedereen zich welkom voelt

Functie-eisen

Wat maakt u de ideale match

- Een afgeronde lerarenopleiding tot 2e-graads bevoegdheid in het vak Nederlands (of in afronding)

- Ervaring in het onderwijs is gewenst, maar wij staan open voor kandidaten die hun vaardigheden verder willen ontwikkelen

- Goede communicatieve en didactische vaardigheden

- Kennis van actuele ontwikkelingen binnen het vakgebied Nederlands en taalonderwijs

- Een leerlinggerichte houding en het vermogen om leerlingen te inspireren en motiveren

- U bent rooms-katholiek of staat open voor en draagt bij aan het uitdragen van onze katholieke identiteit
