Twintig miljoen mensen zijn thuis in de Nederlandse taal en daarmee staat Het Nederlands staat op plek 48 van de ranglijst meest gesproken talen. Voor degene die de Nederlandse taal willen leren, ben jij de aangewezen persoon als Docent NT2. Waar ga je werken? Via Daan ga je werken op één van de locaties waar de lessen NT2 gegeven worden. Je bent dus echt een collega van Daan, maar bent aan de andere kant natuurlijk ook een onderdeel van het team op locatie. Ben je lekker flexibel en wil je ook op andere locaties werken? Dat is ook mogelijk. Laat vooral aan ons weten wat je voorkeur heeft. Wat ga je doen? Je gaat de Nederlandse taal leren aan volwassenen die bezig zijn met hun inburgeringscursus. Een hele unieke doelgroep, die erg gemotiveerd zijn om de Nederlandse taal te leren. De cursisten zijn tussen de 18-60 jaar oud en volgen De Z-route (Zelfredzaamheidsroute). Dit is een intensief inburgeringstraject onder de Wet inburgering 2021, specifiek voor analfabete of laagopgeleide inburgeraars met een lage leerbaarheid. Wat verwachten we van jou? - Een beschikbaarheid van 2 tot 5 dagen per week; - Je bent in het bezit van een lesbevoegdheid NT2 of hebt deze bijna afgerond; - Ervaring met de doelgroep is een hele belangrijke pré; - Didactisch weet jij de cursisten uit te dagen en je kunt gedifferentieerd werken; - Naast jezelf en de cursisten, heb jij ook oog voor je collega's.
