Houd jij van je vak en draag je dat graag uit? Kunnen leerlingen op je rekenen en vind je het leuk om met collega’s het onderwijs met en voor leerlingen vorm te geven? Wil je op een school werken waar verantwoordelijkheid, samenwerking, effectiviteit,

zelfstandigheid en reflectie deel uitmaken van het lesgeven?

Wij zoeken een docent die:

- met passie streeft naar het geven van boeiende en gedifferentieerde lessen.

- graag samenwerkt en zich ervan bewust is dat je samen het verschil maakt.

- goed om kan gaan met onze Amsterdamse leerlingen, hun ouders en onze collega’s.

- graag vrijheid wil in het werk, vooruit wil, innovatief invulling kan geven aan ons onderwijs en waarde hecht aan loyaliteit en transparantie.

- wil bijdragen aan een prettig leer- en leefklimaat in de school.

Functie-eisen

Wij komen graag met iemand in contact die enkele jaren ervaring heeft en zich een nieuwe werkomgeving makkelijk eigen maakt en leerlingen weet te boeien vanuit het vakgebied.

Je krijgt bij ons volop de ruimte, bijvoorbeeld om nieuw (digitaal) lesmateriaal te ontwikkelen, en ook om te werken aan je eigen ontwikkeling. Dat gebeurt bijvoorbeeld via Lumion Academy, een wekelijkse broedplaats voor educatieve ideeën en pedagogische inzichten.

Verder krijgt je als Lumion-leraar een opleiding tot gekwalificeerd coach aangeboden.
