In onze kliniek in Hilversum krijg je de ruimte om je vaardigheden dagelijks toe te passen én je verder te ontwikkelen binnen de gynaecologie. Je werkt in een betrokken team, schakelt veel met cliënten en collega's en draagt direct bij aan hoogwaardige zorg. Voor Bergman Clinics Vrouw in Hilversum zoeken wij een nieuwe collega voor 32 uur per week. Hoe jij impact kunt maken als doktersassistent Als doktersassistent ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het zorgproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat cliënten zich gehoord en op hun gemak voelen, vóór, tijdens en na hun behandeling. Dankzij jouw nauwkeurige werkwijze en persoonlijke aandacht verloopt het spreekuur soepel en ervaren cliënten zorg van hoge kwaliteit. Je werkt nauw samen met gynaecologen en andere zorgprofessionals en draagt bij aan een prettige en veilige cliëntreis. Wat ga je doen? Je hebt een afwisselende rol waarin je zowel medisch-technisch als organisatorisch bijdraagt aan de zorg: - Je ondersteunt gynaecologen tijdens spreekuren en behandelingen - Je voert zelfstandig medische handelingen uit in opdracht van de specialist, zoals: - urineonderzoek - uitstrijkjes maken - bloedafname - bloeddruk meten - Je assisteert bij kleine ingrepen en specialistische onderzoeken, zoals cystoscopie en (therapeutische) hysteroscopie - Je voert specifieke verrichtingen uit, zoals PTNS - Je hebt telefonisch contact met cliënten over behandelingen, nazorg en vragen - Je begeleidt cliënten bij bijvoorbeeld zelfkatheterisatie - Je zorgt dat spreekkamers netjes, aangevuld en voorbereid zijn - Je springt incidenteel bij op onze locatie in Ede Wat heb je nodig om succesvol te zijn in deze rol?
