Dit ga je doen Als domeinsecretaris bij de gemeente Zoetermeer zit je precies op de plek waar strategie, bestuur en organisatie samenkomen. Je ondersteunt de concerndirecteur en het managementteam bij belangrijke bestuurlijke, organisatorische en strategische vraagstukken. Dat betekent dat je niet vanaf de zijlijn meekijkt, maar midden in de dynamiek zit. Je houdt overzicht, ziet verbanden en zorgt dat afspraken niet blijven liggen, maar daadwerkelijk in beweging komen. Je begint je dag bijvoorbeeld met een overleg waarin verschillende belangen en onderwerpen samenkomen. Terwijl de één zich richt op de inhoud, houd jij scherp voor ogen wat er bestuurlijk nodig is, welke besluiten moeten worden voorbereid en waar de planning aandacht vraagt. Je stelt de juiste vragen, brengt structuur aan en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat de volgende stap is. Daarbij ben je de verbindende schakel tussen directie, management, bestuurssecretariaat, programmateams en concernondersteuning. Je weet wie je wanneer moet betrekken en zorgt dat informatie op het juiste moment op tafel ligt. Voor een MT-overleg bereid je de stukken voor, tijdens het traject bewaak je de voortgang en daarna houd je scherp in de gaten welke acties zijn afgesproken. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de bestuurlijke werkelijkheid en de dagelijkse organisatie goed op elkaar aansluiten. Ook complexe dossiers schrikken jou niet af. Integendeel: juist wanneer er veel belangen, deadlines en afhankelijkheden zijn, kom jij goed tot je recht. Je brengt structuur in complexe trajecten, bewaakt de integraliteit en signaleert knelpunten voordat ze problemen worden. Waar nodig doe je een voorstel om processen slimmer of de samenwerking sterker te maken. Je hebt bovendien een goed gevoel voor de politiek...
