Voor een sterk verankerd accountancykantoor in regio Herentals is Konnekt exclusief op zoek naar een ervaren Dossierbeheerder die écht wel klaar is voor een volgende stap.

Dit kantoor combineert de professionele aanpak van een gevestigde speler met de toegankelijkheid van een hecht team. Geen overbodige hiërarchie, maar korte beslissingslijnen, kwalitatieve dossiers en collega's die elkaar vooruithelpen.

Hier krijg je de kans om jouw expertise maximaal in te zetten op het niveau waar je vandaag het meeste waarde toevoegt: analyse, advies en begeleid

Functieomschrijving Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid op over een eigen portefeuille van vennootschappen en fungeer je als inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel klanten als collega's. Het operationele boekwerk wordt opgenomen binnen het team, waardoor jij je kan focussen op de meerwaarde binnen de dossiers.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Opmaak en bespreking van jaarrekeningen, tussentijdse cijfers en fiscale optimalisaties.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van vennootschapsbelastingaangiften.
  • Adviseren van ondernemers bij financiële, fiscale en bedrijfseconomische vraagstukken.
  • Coachen en ondersteunen van collega's binnen het dossierbeheer.
  • Fungeren als vertrouwenspersoon en sparringpartner voor jouw klanten.

Ondertussen heb jij voldoende ervaring opgebouwd binnen een accountancy- of fiscaal kantoor en bent klaar om dossiers op een hoger niveau te beheren.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minstens 4 jaar ervaring binnen een accountantskantoor.
  • Sterke kennis van vennootschapsbelasting, jaarrekeningen en afsluitingen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, maar haalt ook energie uit het begeleiden van collega's.
  • Je woont bij voorkeur in de ruime regio Herentals en voelt je thuis in een kantoor met een sterke lokale verankering.
