Als Dossierbeheerder Accountancy werk je in een hecht, familiaal accountancykantoor waar collega’s elkaar écht kennen en ondersteunen. Je krijgt stap voor stap je eigen klantenportefeuille en volgt dossiers nauw op. Je combineert klantencontact, planning, dossieropvolging en administratieve nauwkeurigheid in een rol met veel autonomie en groeimogelijkheden.

Deze functie is geschikt voor zowel junior als ervaren dossierbeheerders. Ben je pas afgestudeerd? Dan krijg je intensieve begeleiding van ervaren collega’s. Heb je al ervaring? Dan kan je snel doorgroeien naar zelfstandig dossierbeheer.

Je belangrijkste taken als Dossierbeheerder Accountancy:

  • Boekhoudkundige dossiers opvolgen en verwerken.
  • Rechtstreeks contact met klanten via telefoon en mail.
  • Planning en deadlines mee bewaken.
  • Prestaties registreren in het klantenbeheersysteem.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en elkaar ondersteunen tijdens drukke periodes.
  • Op termijn: deelnemen aan jaarlijkse eindbesprekingen met klanten.
  • Bachelor Accountancy‑Fiscaliteit of relevante HBO5‑opleiding.
  • Junior of ervaren: beide profielen welkom.
  • Sociaal, toegankelijk en klantgericht.
  • Durft vragen te stellen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Praktisch ingesteld en graag oplossingsgericht.
  • Voelt zich thuis in een warm, familiaal team.
  • Vlotte kennis Nederlands.
