Als lid van het dynamische Back-Office team binnen de divisie Finance & Administration, speel je een cruciale rol in het correct terugbetalen van kosten aan klanten en het opstellen van facturen voor B2B-partners. Kwalificaties

  • ? Autonomie: Je beheert je dossiers proactief, neemt initiatief en merkt onregelmatigheden snel op.
  • ¿? Talenkennis: Je communiceert uitstekend in het Nederlands en Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Kennis van het Engels is een mooi pluspunt.
  • ? Digitaal vaardig: Je werkt vlot met moderne IT-tools en communicatiekanalen.

Hoofdverantwoordelijkheden

Jouw dagelijkse inzet vertaalt zich in de volgende kerntaken:

  • ? Dossierbeheer: Je staat in voor de volledige opvolging van binnenkomende aanvragen via e-mail en telefoon.
  • ? Analyse: Je onderzoekt aanvragen voor terugbetaling van medische of technische bijstand, zowel in Belgie als in het buitenland.
  • ? Contractcontrole: Je toetst dossiers af aan de algemene contractvoorwaarden om de dekking te valideren.
  • ? Validatie: Je controleert en valideert de bewijsstukken die door klanten worden aangeleverd.
  • ? Berekening: Je berekent nauwkeurig de terugbetalingsbedragen op basis van contractuele clausules.
  • ¿? Communicatie: Je informeert klanten transparant over hun afrekening en beantwoordt hun vragen professioneel.
  • ? B2B-Facturatie: Je stelt de facturatie op voor zakelijke partners, rekening houdend met specifieke lastenboeken.
