Jobomschrijving

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van openstaande schulden. Terwijl u telefonisch met de debiteur praat, onderhandel je over betalingsvoorwaarden die hun persoonlijke en financiële situatie weerspiegelen.
  • Je beheert nieuw opgezegde dossiers en zorgt voor de uitvoering van de waarborgen. Je volgt de afgesproken afbetalingsplannen, minnelijke of gerechtelijke procedures op en dit via telefoon, post, mail en via onze gespecialiseerde tools.
  • Je onderhoudt constructieve contacten met de verschillende betrokken partijen, intern en extern, zoals collega’s van andere departementen, partners,..
  • Samen met jou willen wij de mensen helpen om schuldenvrij door het leven te gaan. Het is jouw verantwoordelijkheid om de beste strategie te kiezen, die voldoet aan de verwachtingen van alle betrokken partijen.
  • Je beschikt over een eerste relevante ervaring in invordering of gelijkwaardige ervaring in een customer service.
  • Dankzij je vriendelijkheid, empathie en duidelijke communicatie creëer je snel een klimaat van vertrouwen met je contacten.
  • Je bent flexibel, pakt je taken gestructureerd aan en je beschikt over een goede teamgeest. Je bent een echte teamplayer die er alles aan doet om de gestelde doelen te bereiken
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en je pakt de dingen pragmatisch aan door je analytische, kritische en creatieve geest.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands met een onberispelijke spelling, en hebt ook een actieve kennis van het Frans.
