Je komt terecht in een familiaal en menselijk accountantskantoor waar je geen nummer bent. Je krijgt vertrouwen, ruimte voor initiatief en de kans om mee te bouwen aan de verdere groei van het kantoor.

Konnekt zoekt een ervaren Dossierbeheerder die zijn of haar expertise wil inzetten om klanten vooruit te helpen én collega's te ondersteunen in hun groei.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je beheert een eigen klantenportefeuille en bent verantwoordelijk voor de volledige boekhoudkundige en fiscale opvolging.
  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspartner van je klanten en bouwt duurzame relaties met hen uit.
  • Je finaliseert periodieke cijfers, jaarafsluitingen en fiscale aangiftes en bewaakt de kwaliteit van je dossiers.
  • Je vertaalt financiële cijfers naar heldere inzichten en concreet advies en denkt proactief mee over fiscale en financiële optimalisaties.
  • Je volgt de financiële gezondheid en cashflow van klanten op en signaleert tijdig opportuniteiten en aandachtspunten.
  • Je superviseert het voorbereidende werk, bewaakt het vier-ogenprincipe en zorgt voor een efficiënte opvolging van dossiers.
  • Je begeleidt junior en senior accountants, deelt je kennis en helpt collega's groeien.
  • Je gebruikt digitale tools om dossiers efficiënt en kwalitatief te beheren.
  • Je kijkt verder dan de cijfers en denkt mee met ondernemers over hun uitdagingen, plannen en ambities.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring binnen accountancy, kan zelfstandig dossiers beheren en behoudt steeds het overzicht.
  • Je bent klantgericht en proactief: je vertaalt cijfers en fiscale materie naar helder advies en denkt mee met ondernemers.
  • Je bent leergierig en betrokken, deelt graag je kennis met collega's en staat open voor digitalisering en nieuwe manieren van werken.
