Jobomschrijving

Heb jij een passie voor logistiek en expeditie en hou je ervan om dossiers van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden? Wil je werken in een omgeving waar je echt impact hebt op de volledige supply chain? Dan is deze functie jou op het lijf geschreven! We zijn op zoek naar een Dossierbeheerder import - export.

Jouw taken:

  • Je start en beheert import- en exportdossiers voor jouw klantenportefeuille.
  • Je zorgt voor een correcte verwerking van dossiers in de systemen.
  • Je stemt af met verschillende interne en externe partijen zoals rederijen, transporteurs, douane, magazijnen en leveranciers.
  • Je organiseert logistieke oplossingen op maat: opslag, overslag, transport via vrachtwagens of barges.
  • Je houdt klanten continu op de hoogte van de status van hun dossiers.
  • Je verzorgt alle nodige documentatie (BL’s, paklijsten, magazijninstructies, e-portal, …).
  • Je staat in voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie bij afsluiting van dossiers.
  • Je past je aanpak aan volgens type goederen (zoals soft commodities, staal, chemicaliën, hout, non-ferro, …).
  • Je biedt waar nodig administratieve ondersteuning aan de douaneafdeling.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in logistiek management.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in import/export expeditie binnen de maritieme/logistieke sector.
  • Ervaring in de breakbulk sector is een sterke troef.
  • Je hebt een zeer sterke administratieve achtergrond in expeditie.
  • Je beschikt over een grondige kennis van incoterms.
  • Je kan goed prioriteiten stellen en schakelt flexibel bij veranderende omstandigheden.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Nederlands en een goede kennis van Engels en Frans.
  • Je bent IT-vaardig (MS Office en nieuwe systemen leer je snel aan).
