Jobomschrijving

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat alle douaneformaliteiten voor klantzendingen correct worden uitgevoerd.
  • Je behandelt import-, transit- en exportdocumenten, volledig volgens wettelijke en klanteneisen.
  • Je geeft advies over douanematters aan klanten en interne afdelingen.
  • Je bouwt en onderhoudt een professionele relatie met douanediensten.
  • Je draagt bij aan een professionele uitstraling van het bedrijf richting klanten.

Daarnaast zorg je voor:

  • Correcte en tijdige opvolging van import- en exportaangiften.
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van correcties binnen de administratie.
  • Optimaliseren van operationele en administratieve processen voor meer efficiëntie.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties en interne/externe contacten.
  • Correct gebruik van douanetarieven en codes.
  • Zorgen voor naleving van douanewetgeving en correcte toepassing van tarieven.
  • Verbeteren en bewaken van datakwaliteit in operationele systemen, rapporteringen en dossiers.
  • Bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Zeer goede kennis van douaneaangifteprocessen en Incoterms (bij voorkeur binnen Road Logistics).
  • Affiniteit met Customs software zoals Stream/Organi (pluspunt).
  • Sterke MS Office-vaardigheden.
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands & Engels; extra talen zijn een plus.
