Due diligence-adviseur - Dordrecht Intro Specifiek op het gebied van Corporate Finance (M&A) is aaff één van de grootste Nederlandse Corporate Finance-adviseurs voor het mkb. Jaarlijks zijn zij betrokken bij circa 200 tot 300 overnametrajecten. Wij zoeken iemand die ondernemers verder wil brengen. Samen met het Corporate Financeteam ben je verantwoordelijk voor due diligence onderzoeken en indirecte werkzaamheden, zoals acquisitie. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor due diligence-onderzoeken. - Je ondersteunt minder ervaren collega's bij hun werkzaamheden en hun professionele ontwikkeling. - Je draagt kennis over aan collega's met minder ervaring op het gebied van due diligence onderzoeken. - Je stelt financiële rapportages op. - Je draagt actief bij aan acquisitie van nieuwe klanten en collega's. - Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van onze due diligence-propositie met nieuwe ideeën. - Je werkt met klanten uit verschillende sectoren, van investeringsmaatschappijen tot gevestigde bedrijven. - Als ervaren due diligence-adviseur bij aaff krijg je de kans om een belangrijke bijdrage te leveren aan due diligence-onderzoeken. Je voert intensief en diepgaand onderzoek uit naar het bedrijf dat de opdrachtgever gaat verkopen (VDD of vendor assistance) of overnemen (aankoop DD). Je krijgt veel vrijheid bij het uitvoeren van je opdrachten en het verbeteren van onze due diligence-propositie met jouw ideeën. Je bent vanaf dag één projectleider bij due diligence onderzoeken. - Aaff is continu bezig met het verder ontwikkelen van het datagedreven onderzoek dat vooruitstrevend is in de FDD-sector. Tegelijkertijd blijf je up-to-date via kennisgroepen en bijeenkomsten afgestemd op specialisme en ervaringsniveau, zodat je blijft groeien in je vakgebied. - Je komt terecht in een hecht team van professionals op het gebied van Corporate Finance.
