Jobomschrijving

  • Dagelijkse communicatie met klanten, salesmanagers, logistiek, productieplanning en supply chain-coördinatieteams over ordergerelateerde zaken.
  • Bestellingen ontvangen, verwerken en bevestigen.
  • Leveringen aan klanten plannen en voorraden opvolgen, proactief aanbieden van beschikbare voorraadmaterialen aan klanten.
  • Verkoopplan, quota, orderboek van klanten bewaken en indien nodig handelen.
  • Beheer van pijplijnorders.
  • Rapporteren over de vraag naar klantgerelateerde informatie.
  • Eerstelijnsondersteuning zijn voor duurzaamheidsgerelateerde onderwerpen.
  • Deelnemen aan ontwikkelingswerk met betrekking tot het eigen verantwoordelijkheidsgebied.
  • Ondersteuning bij kennisdeling tussen de verschillende klantenserviceteams.
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een relevant gebied en ervaring in een sales- en/of klantenserviceomgeving.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Engels en Duits, andere talen zoals Spaans, Italiaans en Frans zijn een groot voordeel.
  • Je hebt een proactieve en commerciële houding en het vermogen om problemen op te lossen en alternatieve oplossingen voor te stellen.
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en interpersoonlijke vaardigheden kenmerken jou. Je bent een enthousiaste teamspeler.
  • Je hebt het vermogen om meerdere taken onder tijdsdruk uit te voeren.
  • Werken met verschillende ERP-systemen en MS Office is geen probleem.
