Bij Best Deal helpen wij publieke organisaties efficiënt, voordelig en rechtmatig inkopen middels een webshop. Best Deal biedt aan ruim 3.100 non-profit organisaties ondersteuning bij het inkoopproces. Wij zorgen voor lagere inkoopkosten door gebundelde contracten met vooraanstaande leveranciers. In onze webshop kunnen zij uit ruim 1.200.000 producten inkopen doen die worden aangeboden door ongeveer 100 verschillende leveranciers. Daarnaast adviseren onze klantadviseurs om de beste keuze te maken voor de beste prijs Wat ga je doen: Als e-commerce manager bij Best Deal ben jij de architect van onze e-commerce strategie. We verwachten bovendien van je dat je met vernieuwende ideeën komt om de omzetgroei te stimuleren. Jouw taken omvatten onder andere: - Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de e-commerce strategie in lijn met de overkoepelende bedrijfsdoelstellingen. - Het coördineren van online marketingcampagnes en acties om de zichtbaarheid en het verkeer naar de website en webshop te vergroten. - Samenwerken met een team van externe developers om de webshops continu te verbeteren en te optimaliseren, waarbij je zorgt voor een gebruiksvriendelijke en aantrekkelijke klantreis. Ook implementeer je nieuwe functies en technologieën om de conversie te verhogen. - Analyseren van websitegegevens, gebruikersgedrag en conversietrechters om knelpunten en mogelijkheden voor verbetering, waaronder cross- en upsell, te identificeren. - B...
