Ben jij sterk in e-commerce, data en digitale optimalisatie? Als E-commerce Specialist (m/v/x) werk je aan de groei en optimalisatie van de online verkoopkanalen

Je zorgt ervoor dat het aanbod op verschillende marketplaces correct, zichtbaar en commercieel sterk staat.

Met jouw analytische blik en technische kennis verbeter je continu de prestaties van onze online platformen. Zo draag je rechtstreeks bij aan meer zichtbaarheid, een betere klantbeleving en verdere omzetgroei.

Wat ga je doen?

Als E-commerce Specialist speel je een centrale rol in het beheer en de verdere professionalisering van de marketplace-activiteiten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de operationele opvolging als de strategische optimalisatie van de online verkoopkanalen.

Concreet betekent dit dat je:

  • onze producten beheert en optimaliseert op verschillende marketplaces, zoals Bol.com, Amazon en andere relevante platformen;
  • instaat voor het opzetten, beheren en verfijnen van productfeeds via Channable;
  • campagnes op marketplaces mee uitwerkt, opvolgt en optimaliseert om rendement en zichtbaarheid te verhogen;
  • verkoopresultaten, conversies, marges en andere KPI's analyseert en vertaalt naar gerichte verbeteracties;
  • waakt over de kwaliteit, correctheid en volledigheid van productinformatie op alle online kanalen;
  • technische issues of fouten in koppelingen, feeds of listings opspoort en efficiënt oplost;
  • opportuniteiten detecteert om het assortiment, de zichtbaarheid en de prestaties op marketplaces verder te versterken;
  • nauw samenwerkt met collega's uit marketing, customer service, supply chain en andere interne teams om de online verkoop maximaal te ondersteunen.

Je bent iemand die vlot schakelt tussen operationele opvolging en analytische optimalisatie. Je voelt je thuis in een digitale omgeving waar snelheid, nauwkeurigheid en resultaatgericht werken belangrijk zijn. Je houdt ervan om zaken in handen te nemen, verbanden te zien in data en continu te zoeken naar manieren om prestaties te verbeteren.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • Je hebt ervaring binnen e-commerce en bent vertrouwd met het beheer van online marketplaces.
  • Je werkte eerder met platformen zoals Bol.com, Amazon of vergelijkbare verkoopkanalen.
  • Je hebt kennis van Channable en weet hoe je productfeeds efficiënt opzet en beheert.
  • Je hebt feeling met digitale marketing en begrijpt hoe online zichtbaarheid, advertising en conversie elkaar beïnvloeden.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en werkt vlot met tools zoals Google Analytics en Excel.
  • Je denkt probleemoplossend, werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
