Iemand die houdt van overzicht en actie. Jij zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt: van strak geplande orders tot overzicht in de voorraad en een snelle retourafhandeling. Daarbij stuur je ook ons team van jonge vakantiekrachten en stagiairs aan. Die help jij op weg én houd je scherp. Klanten blij, team blij, jij blij. Je werkt deels op kantoor en deels in het magazijn. Niet de hele dag achter een scherm, maar lekker afwisselend bezig. Je zorgt dat processen strak geregeld zijn en dat alles er piekfijn uitziet. Zowel voor klanten als achter de schermen. Wat je gaat doen • Je zorgt dat orders foutloos en snel de deur uit gaan. • Retouren en servicevragen? Die pak je snel en goed op. • Je houdt de voorraad bij en schakelt met leveranciers als dat nodig is. • Je ziet waar dingen sneller, slimmer of beter kunnen en regelt dat gewoon. • Je werkt samen met collega's van onder andere de klantenservice, marketing en inkoop. Wat we van je verwachten • Je hebt mbo+/hbo-niveau en wat ervaring (ook als starter welkom!)). • Je werkt precies en houdt van structuur. • Je kan snel schakelen en denkt altijd een stap vooruit. • Jij draait je hand niet om voor het Office-pakket of webshopapplicaties. • Je schakelt soepel tussen samenwerken en zelf de klus klaren. • En ja: je houdt van aanpakken en actie.
