The posting

Bij een organisatie in de industriële automatisering in Sittard werk je als E&I Engineer aan elektrotechniek en instrumentatie voor industriële installaties. Je vertaalt functionele wensen naar praktische ontwerpen voor voeding, besturing en metingen. Daarbij kijk je naar de samenhang tussen schakelkasten, veldinstrumentatie en PLC-I/O. Je houdt rekening met veiligheid, onderhoudbaarheid en een logische opbouw van de installatie, zodat het ontwerp ook tijdens montage en ingebruikname goed uitvoerbaar is. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je engineering af met technische afstemming en het beoordelen van schema’s, instrumentgegevens en aansluitingen. Je bespreekt interfaces met collega’s uit hardware-engineering, software-engineering en uitvoering. Ook denk je mee over meetprincipes, signaalverwerking en het oplossen van technische afwijkingen. Zo verdiep je je kennis van industriële meet- en regeltechniek en ontwikkel je je verder in het verbinden van ontwerp en praktijk. Functie-inhoud - Opstellen en controleren van elektrische schema’s, aansluittekeningen en kabellijsten - Selecteren en specificeren van sensoren, transmitters en actuatoren - Uitwerken van I/O-lijsten en interfaces tussen veldinstrumentatie en PLC-besturing - Afstemmen van technische ontwerpen met software-engineers en uitvoerende collega’s - Ondersteunen bij testen, inbedrijfstelling en het analyseren van signaalstoringen - Verwerken van technische wijzigingen in revisietekeningen en documentatie Functie-eisen - Technische opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of meet- en regeltechniek - Ervaring met E&I-engineering voor industriële installaties - Je kunt elektrische schema’s en P&ID’s lezen en interpreteren - Kennis van veldinstrumentatie, meetprincipes en signalen zoals 4–20 mA - Vertrouwd met elektrische veiligheid en relevante normen, zoals NEN 3140 - Je werkt nauwkeurig en stemt technische keuzes helder af met collega’s Aanbod - Bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.600.
