Houd jij industriële installaties graag in topconditie? Als E/I monteur combineer je elektrotechniek met instrumentatietechniek. Je lost storingen op, voert onderhoud uit en zorgt dat processen soepel blijven draaien. Zet jouw technische kennis in en bouw verder aan je toekomst in de industrie! Wat ga je doen?Als E/I monteur werk je bij onze opdrachtgever in Geleen aan elektrotechnische installaties en instrumentatiesystemen binnen de industrie. Je zorgt ervoor dat machines, installaties en productieprocessen veilig en betrouwbaar blijven functioneren. Daarbij combineer je elektrotechniek met meet- en regeltechniek. Je krijgt te maken met verschillende technische systemen en werkt aan uiteenlopende uitdagingen. Een belangrijk onderdeel van jouw werk is het uitvoeren van onderhoud. Door installaties regelmatig te controleren, voorkom je storingen en beperk je stilstand. Ontstaat er toch een probleem? Dan onderzoek je de oorzaak en zorg je voor een passende oplossing. Je vervangt onderdelen, voert reparaties uit en controleert of alles weer naar behoren werkt. Ook test en stel je meetinstrumenten en andere technische componenten af. Als E/I monteur lees je elektrische schema’s en technische tekeningen om werkzaamheden goed voor te bereiden en uit te voeren. Je werkt samen met collega’s uit verschillende technische disciplines en stemt werkzaamheden met hen af. Daarbij houd je rekening met de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkprocedures. Naast het oplossen van storingen denk je mee over verbeteringen aan installaties en processen. Je signaleert technische problemen en bespreekt hoe deze in de toekomst voorkomen kunnen worden. Ook leg je jouw werkzaamheden en bevindingen zorgvuldig vast. Zo draag je bij aan een veilige werkomgeving, betrouwbare installaties en een efficiënt productieproces.
