The posting

Bij een technisch dienstverlener in de energiesector werk je als E&I Technician aan gasproductielocaties in Noord-Holland. Je onderhoudt elektrische installaties en meet- en regeltechniek en verhelpt storingen die de beschikbaarheid van de productie beïnvloeden. Je werkterrein loopt van energievoorziening en elektromotoren tot druk-, temperatuur- en flowmeting in ATEX-zones. Daarbij krijg je ook te maken met SCADA- en DCS-systemen, ESD-beveiligingen en Fire & Gas-systemen. Veilig werken vormt steeds het uitgangspunt bij diagnose, onderhoud en aanpassingen. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je uitvoerend onderhoud met voorbereiding en technische administratie. Je kalibreert instrumentatie, controleert tekeningen en revisies en legt werkzaamheden vast in SAP of Maximo. Bij stops stem je het werk af met collega’s en contractors en bereid je werkvergunningen voor. Je werkt zelfstandig waar dat kan en zoekt afstemming waar veiligheid of installatiebetrouwbaarheid daarom vraagt. Via scholing en loopbaanmogelijkheden kun je je verder verdiepen in elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en beveiligingssystemen. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden en aanpassen van elektrische installaties, energievoorzieningen en elektromotoren - Lokaliseren en verhelpen van storingen aan elektrische en meet- en regelinstallaties - Kalibreren van druk-, temperatuur- en flowmeters en werken met pneumatische en slimme transmitters in ATEX-zones - Onderhoud uitvoeren aan ESD-, failsafe- en Fire & Gas-systemen - Werken aan SCADA- en DCS-systemen voor procesbewaking en besturing - Installatietekeningen en revisies controleren en onderhoud registreren in SAP of Maximo - Stops voorbereiden, contractors begeleiden en werkvergunningen opstellen Functie-eisen - Een diploma mbo 3 Elektrotechniek, bij voorkeur mbo 4, of een vergelijkbare opleiding - Eén tot drie jaar relevante werkervaring in de industrie - Praktische kennis van elektrische installaties en meet- en regeltechniek - Een veiligheidsgerichte werkwijz.
