The posting

Bij een industriële productielocatie in Bergen op Zoom werk je als E&I Technician aan de beschikbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid van elektrische installaties en instrumentatie. Je maakt deel uit van de afdeling Maintenance, die alle productie-units op de locatie ondersteunt. Je voert reparaties, revisies en optimalisaties uit volgens het Asset Maintenance-werkproces en combineert preventief onderhoud met het oplossen van storingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar herstel, maar ook naar de technische oorzaak en mogelijkheden om herhaling te voorkomen. In de dagelijkse praktijk werk je samen met technicians, supervisors en engineers en rapporteer je aan de Maintenance Supervisor. Je legt werkzaamheden vast in SAP en geeft werkvoorbereiding en planning concrete feedback. Ook draag je bij aan projectreviews, veiligheidsstudies en actuele technische documentatie. Via training en opleiding ontwikkel je je vakkennis verder. Consignatiediensten maken deel uit van je rol. Functie-inhoud - Uitvoeren en begeleiden van reparaties, revisies en optimalisaties aan elektrische installaties en instrumentatie - Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud volgens het Asset Maintenance-werkproces - Registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in SAP en terugkoppelen aan planning en werkvoorbereiding - Verbeteren van veiligheid, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en onderhoudskosten - Deelnemen aan projectreviews en veiligheidsstudies vanuit je E&I-vakkennis - Opstellen en beheren van technische documentatie, procedures en werkinstructies - Meedraaien in consignatiediensten voor het oplossen van storingen Functie-eisen - Een afgeronde MTS- of mbo 4-opleiding Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare opleiding - Praktische kennis van elektrotechniek en instrumentatie voor onderhoud aan industriële installaties - Je werkt zorgvuldig en zelfstandig en schakelt mee bij veranderingen in processen of organisatie - Je communiceert helder en werkt goed samen met technische collega's - Je analyseert storing.
