The posting

Bij een producent in de chemische industrie werk je als E&I technician aan de beschikbaarheid en veiligheid van productie-installaties. Binnen de onderhoudsdienst combineer je elektrotechniek, instrumentatie en besturingstechniek: van storingen in hoog-, midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties tot problemen in sturingslogica. Je onderzoekt oorzaken, herstelt de werking van installaties en voert verbeteringen door die bijdragen aan betrouwbaarheid, productieoptimalisatie en energie-efficiëntie. In de dagelijkse praktijk wissel je preventief onderhoud af met storingsinterventies en projectwerk. Je werkt samen met collega's uit verschillende technische disciplines en pakt kleinere verbeterprojecten zelfstandig op. Daarbij gebruik je jouw kennis van Siemens S7, TIA Portal en WinCC en verdiep je je verder in de samenhang tussen besturing en machine. Na je opleidingsperiode draai je mee in de wachtdienst: één week per zeven weken. Functie-inhoud - Storingen analyseren en verhelpen aan elektrische installaties, instrumentatie en besturingslogica - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren aan besturingen en machines - Assistentie verlenen bij multidisciplinaire technische projecten - Zelfstandig verbeterprojecten uitvoeren voor productieoptimalisatie, energie-efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid - Veilig werken aan hoog-, midden- en laagspanningsinstallaties binnen je bevoegdheden - Na je opleidingsperiode één week per zeven weken wachtdienst draaien Functie-eisen - Bachelor elektrotechniek of energietechnologie, of een A2-diploma elektriciteit/elektromechanica met enkele jaren ervaring - Ervaring met elektrotechniek en kennis van PLC-programmering, Siemens S7, TIA Portal en WinCC - Kennis van DCS-systemen is een pluspunt - Interesse in chemische productieprocessen en motivatie om je technische kennis te verbreden - Zelfstandig en nauwkeurig werken, initiatief nemen en samenwerken met veiligheid voorop - Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en voldoende Engels voor technische communic.
