The posting

Bij een industriële productieorganisatie in Europoort Rotterdam werk je als E&I Technician aan de betrouwbaarheid en veiligheid van productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties. Je onderhoudt elektrische apparatuur, instrumentatie, analytische meetsystemen en besturingen met DCS en PLC. Je werk loopt uiteen van storingsanalyse en kalibratie tot modificaties en het testen van interlocks in een draaiende fabriek. Daarbij beoordeel je steeds de gevolgen voor de installatie, het productieproces en de veiligheid van jezelf en je collega's. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je inspectierondes met preventief, predictief en correctief onderhoud. Je gebruikt elektrische schema's en Engelstalige handboeken om storingen te doorgronden en stemt je aanpak af met productie, maintenance en externe specialisten. Je werkt zelfstandig, legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast en geeft derden vaktechnische aanwijzingen. Door de combinatie van elektrotechniek, meet- en regeltechniek en procesbesturing verbreed je je technische inzicht en ontwikkel je je verder in veilig installatieonderhoud. Functie-inhoud - Onderhoud, repareer en modificeer elektrische installaties, instrumentatie, DCS-/PLC-besturingen en analytische apparatuur. - Lokaliseer en analyseer storingen met schema's, handboeken en productie-informatie; bepaal een veilige reparatieaanpak. - Voer inspectierondes, kalibraties en interlocktesten uit met aandacht voor procescontinuïteit en veiligheid. - Schakel hoogspanningstransformatoren volgens schakelbrief en stel installaties veilig op hoogspannings-, laagspannings-, radioactief en instrumentatiegebied. - Voer beperkte nieuwbouw en aanvullende mechanische werkzaamheden aan productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties uit. - Registreer onderhoudsgegevens, rapporteer bevindingen en reserveer of bestel benodigde materialen. - Instrueer en begeleid externe technici en bewaak de technische uitvoering en naleving van veiligheids- en milieuvoorschriften.
