The posting

Bij een farmaceutische producent in Leiden werk je als E&I Technician aan de betrouwbaarheid van productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties. Je combineert elektrotechniek met meet- en regeltechniek om storingen te doorgronden en installaties beschikbaar te houden voor de productie van geneesmiddelen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar herstel, maar ook naar oorzaken, risico’s en structurele verbeteringen. Veilig werken en het naleven van GMP-normen vormen de basis van je onderhoudswerkzaamheden. Je begint je dag met een kort teamoverleg, bespreekt storingen en stemt de prioriteit van werkorders af met de operatie. Je coördineert werkzaamheden, voert onderhoud uit en deelt technische inzichten met collega’s en externe onderhoudspartners. Binnen het internationale maintenanceteam werk je aan zowel gebouwgebonden als productie-installaties. Je krijgt ruimte om initiatief te nemen en je kennis verder te verdiepen via trainingen, cursussen en het gezamenlijk analyseren van complexe storingen. Functie-inhoud - Lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van elektrotechnische en meet- en regeltechnische storingen - Onderhouden van productie- en utiliteitsinstallaties met aandacht voor beschikbaarheid en risicobeperking - Prioriteren van werkorders met de operatie en coördineren van werkzaamheden binnen het team - Analyseren van complexe storingen en delen van kennis met collega’s en externe onderhoudspartners - Voorstellen en uitvoeren van verbeteringen aan onderhoudsprocessen en installaties - Werken volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften, compliance-eisen en GMP-normen Functie-eisen - Mbo 4-werk- en -denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek of meet- en regeltechniek - Ervaring als storings-, onderhouds- of servicemonteur in een industriële omgeving - Sterk in het systematisch lokaliseren, analyseren en oplossen van storingen - Aandacht voor installatiebeschikbaarheid, veiligheid, kwaliteit en risicobeperking - Zelfstandig beslissingen nemen en werkzaamheden afstemmen met collega’s en de.
