The posting

Bij een chemisch productiebedrijf in Zwijndrecht onderhoud je als E&I Technician de elektrotechnische en meet- en regeltechnische installaties. Je werkgebied omvat de fabriek, magazijnen, laboratoria, kantoren en het ketelhuis. Je spoort storingen op, kalibreert instrumenten en zorgt dat regelkringen betrouwbaar functioneren. Daarmee draag je rechtstreeks bij aan veilige productie en het beperken van stilstand in een fabriek die continu draait. Je werkt in dagdienst vanuit de E&I-werkplaats, samen met vier technicians en een meewerkend werkvoorbereider/planner. Je gebruikt elektrische en logische schema’s, stemt werkzaamheden af met productie en begeleidt externe monteurs. Ook houd je tekeningen en kalibratiegegevens actueel. Via periodieke consignatiediensten help je buiten de dagdienst bij storingen. Vakinhoudelijk verdiep je je in DCS/PLC-systemen, instrumentatie en veilig werken volgens GMP, ATEX en Functional Safety, met aanvullende training waar het technisch specialisme daarom vraagt. Functie-inhoud - Onderhouden, repareren en aanpassen van elektrotechnische installaties en elektronische en pneumatische regelapparatuur. - Opsporen en verhelpen van E&I-storingen, ook tijdens consignatiediensten, met minimale productiestilstand. - Kalibreren en repareren van instrumenten en inregelen van complexe meet- en regelkringen. - Lezen en maken van E&I- en logische schema’s en actualiseren van het tekeningenbestand. - Begeleiden van externe monteurs en geven van werk- en bedieningsinstructies aan monteurs en operators. - Registreren van kalibraties, materialen, gereedschappen en gewerkte uren. - Uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes en onderhoud volgens veiligheidsvoorschriften, GMP, ATEX en Functional Safety. Functie-eisen - Afgeronde mbo-opleiding elektrotechniek op niveau 4 en minimaal vier tot vijf jaar relevante ervaring in de chemische industrie. - Kennis van laagspanningsinstallaties, PLC’s, DCS-systemen en meet- en regeltechniek; je lost eenvoudige besturingsproble.
