The posting

Voor een industriële productieomgeving in de regio Sas van Gent zoeken we een E&I technieker voor een functie in dagdienst met geplande permanentie. Binnen deze rol sta je in voor het onderhoud, de storingsanalyse en de technische betrouwbaarheid van elektrische installaties en instrumentatiesystemen.

Preventief onderhoud helpt storingen voorkomen, terwijl een doordachte aanpak bij technische incidenten de productie snel weer op weg helpt. Daarnaast werk je mee aan technische verbeteringen en neem je deel aan een wachtdienst van één volledige week, gemiddeld één keer om de vijf weken.

Wat ga je doen: - Preventief en curatief onderhoud uitvoeren aan elektrische installaties en instrumentatiesystemen. - Storingen analyseren, de technische oorzaak achterhalen en gepaste herstellingen uitvoeren. - Meet- en regelapparatuur onderhouden, testen en kalibreren. - Elektrische schema’s, P&ID’s en andere technische documentatie interpreteren. - Technische installaties controleren en waar nodig bijsturen of optimaliseren. - Meewerken aan verbeteringsprojecten die de betrouwbaarheid en efficiëntie van installaties verhogen. - Technische werkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en procedures. - Deelnemen aan de geplande permanentiedienst: één volledige week, gemiddeld één keer om de vijf weken. Relevante ervaring als E&I technieker vormt de belangrijkste basis voor deze functie. Een technische opleiding of aanvullende kennis van elektriciteit, industriële instrumentatie, kalibratie en veiligheid is een sterke meerwaarde. Ook wanneer niet elke installatie of techniek bekend is, zijn er mogelijkheden om de nodige kennis verder op te bouwen. Via begeleiding en gerichte opleidingen kan de technische expertise verder worden verdiept. In staat om elektrische en instrumentatietechnische storingen zelfstandig en systematisch te onderzoeken. Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding met veiligheid als vaste prioriteit. Een praktische ingesteldheid en een zelfstandige manier van werken. Goede kennis van het Nederlands. Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan de geplande wachtdienst.
