Als E-plan Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het engineeren en uitwerken van complexe elektrische installaties voor maritieme projecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en monteurs om ervoor te zorgen dat alle elektrische systemen perfect op elkaar aansluiten en voldoen aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen en internationale maritieme normen. Je bent de technische spil in het engineeringproces en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch perfect worden voorbereid en uitgevoerd. In deze functie krijg je de kans om te werken aan uitdagende projecten waarbij je jouw technische kennis en ervaring volledig kunt benutten. Je werkt met de nieuwste softwaretools en krijgt de ruimte om mee te denken over technische oplossingen en verbeteringen. Daarnaast bouw je aan een carrière binnen een organisatie die volop investeert in de ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Het ontwerpen en uitwerken van elektrische schema's en tekeningen in E-plan; - Het engineeren van complexe elektrische installaties voor maritieme projecten; - Het opstellen van materiaallijsten, kabeltabellen en technische specificaties; - Het verzorgen van technische ondersteuning aan projectleiders en uitvoerders; - Het controleren en beoordelen van technische tekeningen en documentatie; - Het signaleren van knelpunten en het aandragen van technische oplossingen; - Het onderhouden van contact met leveranciers en opdrachtgevers over technische vraagstukken.

Binnen deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt jezelf ontwikkelen tot Lead Engineer waarbij je de technische leiding krijgt over grotere projecten en een team van engineers aanstuurt. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om door te groeien naar een functie als Engineering Manager, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor de gehele engineeringafdeling en de strategisch
