Aufgaben

* Überwachung und Pflege der täglichen Datenübertragungen (EDI), einschließlich der Sicherstellung der korrekten Verarbeitung von Bestellungen, Rechnungen, Lieferplänen und anderen Geschäftsdokumenten.

* Technischer Support für interne und externe Systemnutzer, um Probleme zu identifizieren, zu analysieren und zu beheben.

* Analyse und Reporting von Problemen und Vorfällen, um Optimierungspotenziale aufzudecken und Prozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

Profil

* Du hast erste Erfahrungen mit Programmiersprachen und im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

* Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Kunden-Support gesammelt

* Du zeichnest dich durch eine hohe Kundenorientierung und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten aus

* Teamfähigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zählen zu deinen Stärken

* Deine sehr guten Deutsch- sowie guten Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil optimal ab
