Voor onze groeiende F&B organisatie zoeken wij een Eerste Medewerker Bediening die gastvrijheid vanzelfsprekend vindt, graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt op de werkvloer en samen met het team zorgt voor een fijne beleving voor iedere gast.Jouw rol Als Eerste Medewerker Bediening ben je gastvrouw of gastheer én een ervaren kracht op de werkvloer. Je werkt actief mee in de bediening, houdt overzicht tijdens de service en bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor zowel gasten als collega's. Je helpt bij de dagelijkse verdeling van werkzaamheden, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en zorgt er samen met het team voor dat de service soepel verloopt. Daarnaast krijg je een eigen aandachtsgebied dat past bij jouw ervaring, interesse en talent. Met de opening van het hotel wordt onze F&B organisatie steeds veelzijdiger. Naast onze brasserie, terrassen en verschillende zalen zijn wij recentelijk uitgebreid met een nieuw restaurantconcept voor ontbijt en diner. Dat betekent volop afwisseling en ruimte om mee te groeien.Wat ga je doen?

• Je ontvangt en bedient onze gasten op een persoonlijke en gastvrije manier.

• Je werkt actief mee tijdens de service en houdt overzicht op de werkvloer.

• Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor collega's en helpt bij het verdelen en coördineren van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.

• Je ondersteunt en begeleidt minder ervaren collega's tijdens hun werkzaamheden.

• Je signaleert bijzonderheden en zorgt ervoor dat deze snel en gastgericht worden opgepakt.

• Je bewaakt samen met het team de kwaliteit, uitstraling en gastbeleving.

• Je krijgt verantwoordelijkheid voor een eigen aandachtsgebied dat aansluit bij jouw ervaring en interesses.

• Je werkt op verschillende F&B locaties binnen Spaarnwoude Park Hotel en Golfbaan Spaarnwoude.Wie ben jij? Je bent een enthousiaste horecaprofessional die blij wordt van gasten én van samenwerken.
