The posting

Bij een technisch installatiebedrijf in Sittard werk je als eerste monteur industriële automatisering aan de besturingstechnische installatie van machines en complexe proceslijnen. Je komt op verschillende projectlocaties, bijvoorbeeld bij een productielijn in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie of een waterzuiveringsinstallatie. Je vertaalt elektrotechnische tekeningen naar een zorgvuldig gemonteerde installatie en houdt rekening met de eisen van het proces. Daarbij vragen werkzaamheden in ATEX-zones en hygiënegevoelige productieomgevingen om nauwkeurigheid en actuele vakkennis. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je zelfstandig installatiewerk met het begeleiden van minder ervaren monteurs. Je stemt de uitvoering af met je projectteam, signaleert technische knelpunten en denkt mee over werkbare oplossingen. Je ervaring helpt om installaties betrouwbaar op te leveren en collega's verder te brengen in hun vak. Door de afwisseling tussen sectoren en installaties verdiep je je kennis van industriële elektrotechniek, machinebesturingen en veilig werken. Functie-inhoud - Besturingstechnische installaties voor machines en complexe proceslijnen monteren - Bekabeling en elektrische componenten aansluiten volgens elektrotechnische tekeningen - Installatiewerk uitvoeren in ATEX-zones volgens de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften - Hygiëneregels toepassen bij werkzaamheden aan productie-installaties - Minder ervaren monteurs begeleiden en vakkennis overdragen - Technische knelpunten signaleren en oplossingen afstemmen met het projectteam Functie-eisen - Minimaal mbo 3 in industriële automatisering of elektrotechniek, of een vergelijkbaar niveau door werkervaring - Ervaring als zelfstandig monteur in de industriële automatisering - Actuele kennis van machines en industriële automatisering - Elektrotechnische tekeningen kunnen lezen en vertalen naar installatiewerk - VCA VOL of de bereidheid dit certificaat te behalen - Een zorgvuldige werkwijze en de assertiviteit om technische kne.
