Als Eerste Monteur Onderhoud E&I speel je een belangrijke rol in het betrouwbaar en veilig functioneren van elektrotechnische en instrumentatiesystemen. Je werkt dagelijks bij klanten in sectoren zoals chemie, farmacie en voedingsmiddelenindustrie aan onderhoud, service en kortlopende projecten, vaak met aanpassingen aan bestaande installaties. Je krijgt te maken met uiteenlopende technische installaties en vraagstukken. Werkzaamheden duren van een middag tot enkele weken of maanden, waardoor je werkdagen afwisselend en technisch uitdagend zijn. Je voert zelfstandig elektrotechnische werkzaamheden uit aan industriële installaties, waaronder preventief en correctief onderhoud. Je analyseert en verhelpt storingen en voert functionele inspecties, metingen en controles uit. Je werkt volgens technische tekeningen, schema's en veiligheidsvoorschriften en controleert of het werk technisch correct en veilig is uitgevoerd. Afhankelijk van de opdracht pas je bestaande installaties aan en ondersteun je bij het testen en in bedrijf stellen. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen, adviseert klanten over onderhoud, storingen en aanpassingen en begeleidt waar nodig minder ervaren elektromonteurs. Je rapporteert aan en werkt onder verantwoordelijkheid van de Chefmonteur, die de algehele projectwerkzaamheden coördineert. Je hebt een uitvoerende functie in een multidisciplinaire werkomgeving en bent verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en veiligheid van je eigen werk. Je hoeft niet aan alle voorkeurseisen te voldoen. We beoordelen je op opleiding, praktijkervaring, technische vaardigheden, zelfstandigheid en ontwikkelvermogen. Voldoe je nog niet aan alle eisen, dan bekijken we samen welke inwerk- en/of opleidingsmogelijkheden er zijn om je binnen een redelijke periode naar het gewenste niveau te ontwikkelen.

OVER ONS: SkilledPeople, label van THS B.V., is een arbeidsbemiddelingsbureau in Amsterdam voor het uitzenden en detacheren van technici uit Nederland, andere EU-landen en daarbuiten op projecten in heel Nederland. DE FUNCTIE: Voor Croonwolter&dros zoeken wij 4 Eerste Monteurs Onderhoud E&I met uitzicht op een vast contract. Deze technische dienstverlener richt zich op expertise, veiligheid, innovatie en betrouwbare installaties. Je werkt voor de divisie Noord-West Industrie & Energie in Amsterdam, op projecten voor industrie, netbeheerders en energieproducenten in Noord-Holland, Utrecht en Flevoland. JOUW ROL: Je bent een zelfstandige aanpakker die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, leerlingen begeleidt en collega's helpt. Bij voorkeur heb je 2 jaar industriële elektrotechnische onderhoudservaring. Minder ervaring? Ook als je het werk deels zelfstandig kunt uitvoeren, ben je welkom. WAT BIEDEN WIJ: Bruto EUR 3.324 tot EUR 4.334 per maand bij 40 uur, van ontwikkelend tot Excellent-niveau. Je startsalaris hangt af van ervaring, kennis en zelfstandigheid. Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO Metaal & Techniek, pensioen via StiPP, 32-40 uur bij SkilledPeople, contract minimaal 1 jaar met intentie tot rechtstreekse vaste indiensttreding bij Croonwolter&dros binnen 2 jaar. Vakantiegeld, 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen bij fulltime. Vaste maandelijkse consignatievergoeding en toepasselijke toeslagen afhankelijk van project, werktijden en rooster. Benodigde opleidingen en certificeringen, opleidingsbudget en ontwikkeling binnen de industrie. Doorgroei naar Chefmonteur of technische en coördinerende kantoorfuncties. Bedrijfsauto, laptop, telefoon, werkkleding, schoenen en gereedschap. Ondersteuning door SkilledPeople en Croonwolter&dros. Waar van toepassing hulp bij huisvesting, verhuizing naar Nederland en benodigde werkdocumenten.
