Voor ons filiaal in Sint-Denijs-Westrem - schoenen Hobb's - zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven eerste verkoopster/shop assistant.

Als eerste verkoopmedewerker combineer je jouw commerciële talent met een sterke passie voor mode. Je volgt de nieuwe trends op de voet en weet deze moeiteloos te vertalen naar een persoonlijke en overtuigende klantenservice.

Jobomschrijving

  • Je verwelkomt klanten op een vriendelijke en enthousiaste manier, steeds met een stralende glimlach en een luisterend oor.
  • Je adviseert klanten met passie en professionaliteit tijdens het passen en begeleidt hen bij hun aankoopbeslissing.
  • Je stimuleert de verkoop en bouwt actief aan een duurzame klantenrelatie en klantentrouw.
  • Je volgt de verkoopresultaten op en zet je samen met het team in om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te behalen.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de winkel, stockruimtes en etalages steeds netjes, ordelijk en aantrekkelijk zijn.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte stroom van onze goederen (zorgvuldig controleren en uitpakken van de leveringen).
  • Je staat in voor het opmaken van de personeelsplanning en stemt deze af met het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte en duidelijke communicatie met het hoofdkantoor.
  • Je bent flexibel beschikbaar, zowel tijdens de week als in het weekend.
  • Mode is jouw passie: het zit in je hart en verkopen zit in je bloed.
  • Je hebt minstens twee jaar ervaring in de retail, bij voorkeur in de modesector.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, nauwkeurig en commercieel ingesteld en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bent dynamisch, positief en weet een klein team op een motiverende manier aan te sturen.
  • Je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen en straalt enthousiasme en professionaliteit uit.
  • Je bent modebewust, een leuke teamplayer en hebt een passie voor schoenen en voor het creëren van tevreden klanten.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en hebt een zeer stabiel werkverleden.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands (vereist). Kennis van Engels en Frans is een pluspunt.
