The posting

De IT-afdeling van SPF BOSA binnen het Directoraat-Generaal Interne Ondersteuningsdienst (DG SAI / IOD) is verantwoordelijk voor alle IT-technische aspecten van de interne toepassingen en systemen van de organisatie en bewaakt alle aspecten van technologische consistentie op dit gebied, van implementatie tot operationalisatie, in overeenstemming met de best practices.

Expertise op het gebied van systeembeheer, softwareontwikkeling en ServiceDesk is ondergebracht binnen ES (ERP-platforms), AS (specifieke ontwikkelingen) en iOS (systemen en platforms). Het Information Technology Office is een van de vier onderdelen van IOD-IT en is verantwoordelijk voor het toezicht op de activiteiten binnen de andere takken van de interne IT-organisatie. De afdeling iOS is verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van het Workplace-systeem.

Infrastructure & Operations Services (iOS) staat in voor de werking van de PC's en het netwerk van SPF BOSA. De afdeling iOS bestaat uit de volgende groepen: ServiceDesk, Workplace en Infrastructuur.

In dit kader zijn wij op zoek naar een Security Operations Specialist

Taakomschrijving

  • 🛡️beveiligingstechniek & integratie: Cyberbeveiligingsoplossingen (WAF, EDR, scantools, enz.) implementeren, configureren en onderhouden Beveiligingsmaatregelen integreren in bestaande systemen en diensten
  • Zorgen voor een veilige configuratie (hardening) van de infrastructuur Meewerken aan de voortdurende verbetering van de beveiligingsmechanismen
  • ⚙️ beheer van beveiligingsmaatregelen: Het beveiligingsniveau van de systemen handhaven en verbeteren Zorgen voor de goede werking van de beveiligingsmechanismen De prestaties en effectiviteit van de beveiligingsmaatregelen monitoren Configuraties en operationele procedures documenteren
  • 🧨 beheer van kwetsbaarheden: Technische kwetsbaarheden identificeren, analyseren en opvolgen Patching-activiteiten coördineren in samenwerking met de IT-teams Kwetsbaarheden prioriteren op basis van het risico Oplossingen voor remediatie of risicobeperking voorstellen
  • 🚨 ondersteuning bij incidentbeheer: Samenwerken met de SOC- en CSIRT-teams IT-teams ondersteunen bij het verhelpen van beveiligingsincidenten Deelnemen aan analyses na incidenten en bijdragen aan de verbetering van de beveiligingscontroles Bijdragen aan de rapportering in het kader van wettelijke en reglementaire verplichtingen
  • 🧪 beveiligingstests en -validatie: Penetratietests organiseren en coördineren De remediatie van geïdentificeerde kwetsbaarheden opvolgen De weerbaarheid van systemen en de doeltreffendheid van de bestaande beveiligingsmaatregelen beoordelen
  • 🤝 samenwerking: Nauw samenwerken met de IT- en projectteams Beveiligingsexpertise aanbrengen bij technische beslissingen Bijdragen aan de integratie van beveiliging gedurende de volledige levenscyclus van projecten
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je beschikt over minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • CISSP, GCIH, GCIA, ISSEP, Cysa+ certificaties worden als een troef beschouwd
  • Technische vaardigheden: U hebt een goede kennis van Python scripting, Ansible playbook (IaC), Red-Hat Linux, OpenShift/Kubernetes, F5 BigIP (ASM), ELK suite, Entrust HSM, Ossec, Wazuh, MISP, HashiCorp Vault, forensics tools: WireShark, velociraptor, autopsy
  • Taalvaardigheden: Je spreekt Nederlands en hebt een kennis van het Frans en een goede kennis van het Engels.
