Wir bei K&K stehen für ganzheitliche Wohnkonzepte - von der ersten Idee bis zur finalen Umsetzung und verbinden Design, Funktionalität und hochwertige Materialien zu individuellen Lebensräumen.

Als Einrichtungsberater_in (m/w/d) bist du die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Kund_innen. Du erkennst Bedürfnisse, entwickelst kreative Lösungen und begleitest Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung. Dabei gestaltest du nicht nur Küchen, sondern komplette Wohnkonzepte mit Charakter.

Aufgaben & Verantwortlichkeiten

* Beratung und Betreuung der Kund_innen bis zur fertigen Umsetzung

* Planung und Koordination von Projekten im Einrichtungsbereich

* Erstellung von 3D-Visualisierungen, Angeboten und Aufträgen

* Administrative Tätigkeiten

* Abstimmung mit Montage und internen Abteilungen

Qualifikationen & Anforderungen

* Erfahrung im Einrichtungsverkauf

* Interesse an planerischen und organisatorischen Tätigkeiten

* Strukturierte, sorgfältige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

* Technisches und räumliches Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen und Planungssoftware

* Kommunikationsstärke und freundliches Auftreten

* der Tätigkeit entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung

Geforderte Kenntnisse

* Raumplanung & Interior Design Verständnis

* Sicherer Umgang mit Planungssoftware (z. B. CARAT, Winner, o. Ä.)

* Technisches Verständnis für Küchen- und Einrichtungslösungen

* Gespür für Design, Materialien und Trends

* Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung
