The posting

Bij een mensgericht ingenieursbureau voor industriële automatisering werk je aan het elektrische ontwerp en de PLC-besturing van nieuwe machines. Je verbindt elektrotechniek met software: van componentkeuze en installatieschema’s tot programmering met Siemens TIA Portal en STEP 7. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar de werking van afzonderlijke onderdelen, maar ook naar de samenhang tussen besturing, aandrijvingen en procesvisualisatie. Je begeleidt je ontwerp tot aan de functionele elektrische eindcontrole voordat de machine naar de klant gaat. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je technische keuzes af met leveranciers, de inkoopafdeling en je collega’s. In de eigen assemblage- en testfaciliteit kun je machines beoordelen voordat ze worden verzonden. Daarnaast ondersteun je klanten op locatie bij upgrades en onderhoud. Je krijgt ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, verbeteringen door te voeren en je kennis van PLC’s, HMI/SCADA en servotechnologie verder te verdiepen via projecten en opleidingen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen van elektrische machinesturingen en bijbehorende stuurkasten. - Programmeren van PLC-machinesturingen met Siemens TIA Portal en STEP 7. - Opstellen van automatiseringsplanningen en elektrische installatieschema’s. - Selecteren van elektrische componenten met leveranciers en de inkoopafdeling. - Uitvoeren van functionele elektrische eindcontroles vóór verzending. - Ondersteunen bij machine-upgrades en onderhoud op klantlocaties. Functie-eisen - Je hebt een master elektromechanica of een vergelijkbare opleiding. - Je hebt sterk technisch inzicht en zeer goede kennis van Siemens PLC-programmering in TIA Portal en STEP 7. - Je kent SCADA/HMI, EPLAN, servotechnologie en het ontwerp van elektrische stuurkasten. - Kennis van Schneider, Mitsubishi of Allen-Bradley is een plus. - Je werkt zelfstandig én samen, neemt initiatief en denkt klantgericht. - Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
