The posting

Bij een bouwer van baggerwerktuigen in Nijkerk ontwerp en realiseer je elektrotechnische installaties en besturingen voor sleephopperinstallaties, stationaire zuigers en componenten. Je werkt aan standaardproducten en klantspecifieke projecten, van systeemintegratie en technische specificaties tot inbedrijfstelling en garantie. Daarbij combineer je hardware-engineering met Siemens PLC-programmering, HMI en SCADA. De installaties worden gebouwd op een eigen werf en op andere werven wereldwijd. In de dagelijkse praktijk stem je af met werktuigbouwkundige engineers, het E&A-team en de projectleider engineering. Je bepaalt technische interfaces, controleert leveringen van onderaannemers en vertaalt functionele eisen naar werkende installaties. Naast ontwerpen en programmeren pak je praktische werkzaamheden op aan nieuwe en bestaande producten. Je verdiept je in elektrische aandrijvingen, survey-, hydrografie- en GPS-systemen en draagt bij aan de standaardisatie en verbetering van baggerwerktuigen. Functie-inhoud - Ontwerpen en realiseren van elektrotechnische installaties en besturingen voor baggerwerktuigen - Uitwerken van systeemintegratie, specificaties en technische demarcaties - Programmeren van Siemens PLC’s en configureren van HMI- en SCADA-applicaties - Opstellen en uitwerken van elektrotechnische tekeningen in EPLAN - Technisch aansturen van onderaannemers en controleren van hun leveringen - Begeleiden van projecten tot en met inbedrijfstelling, garantie en onderhoud, ook internationaal - Adviseren over standaardisatie en productverbetering vanuit elektrotechniek en automatisering Functie-eisen - Afgeronde hbo-opleiding in elektrotechniek, industriële automatisering of informatica, of een passende mbo-opleiding met enkele jaren werkervaring - Ervaring met Siemens PLC-programmering in TIA Portal en elektrotechnisch tekenen in EPLAN - Bekend met C++, Visual Studio en SCADA-toepassingen zoals Cimplicity - Bij voorkeur relevante ervaring in maritieme techniek, o.
