The posting

  • Je ontwerpt en dimensioneert elektrische installaties specifiek voor automatiseringsprojecten en voert de bijhorende berekeningen uit.
  • In nauwe samenwerking met de project manager zorg je voor een ontwerp dat perfect aansluit bij de automatiseringsnoden van onze industriële klanten (machinebouw, motion, robotica, procesautomatisering,...)
  • Je selecteert de juiste componenten en materialen met een focus op industriële automatisering en PLC-gestuurde installaties, en stemt dit af met de project manager en aankoopdienst.
  • Je analyseert de werking van elektrische hardware tot in detail en verwerkt de benodigde informatie in een EPLAN-schema.
  • Je levert een volledig dossier af voor alle betrokken partijen:Klant: Een duidelijk en correct as-built dossier.
  • Werfuitvoering: Schema's met aandacht voor efficiënte installatie en minimale downtime bij ombouw.
  • Bordenbouw: Je levert de nodige data via Eplan aan ter aansturing van een geautomatiseerd machinepark (Perforex, Komax, ...). De besturingsborden zijn telkens uniek en op maat gemaakt.
  • Je houdt rekening met de Machine Richtlijn en hebt kennis van EN 60204, veiligheidstoepassingen en Performance Level in functie van risicobeoordeling en veilige besturingstechniek.
  • De projecten kunnen variëren van volledig nieuwe installaties, revamps, uitbreidingen tot safety-aanpassingen.
  • Je beschikt minimum over een bachelor diploma elektromechanica of elektriciteit met een sterke interesse in automatisering.
  • Je hebt kennis van EPLAN en een notie van AutoCAD en kabelberekeningen.
  • Je hebt kennis van automatiseringstechnieken zoals PLC hardware, safety componenten en motorsturingen en industriële netwerken.
  • Je hebt kennis in industriële bussystemen, veldcomponenten, industriële instrumentatie.
  • Je hebt kennis van veiligheidsnormen en -toepassingen binnen de machinebouw en industriële automatisering.
  • Je hebt oog voor detail en streeft ernaar om telkens een gedetailleerd en correct dossier af te leveren.
  • Je bent klantgericht, analytisch en flexibel ingesteld.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en tegelijkertijd goed samenwerken in een projectteam.
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs B.
