Jij ontwerpt de wijziging en weet waarom die klopt. Als Electrical Engineer bij Orcatech werk je vanuit Roermond voor opdrachtgevers in Midden-Limburg: in de maakindustrie (machinebouw) en de procesindustrie. Je zet functionele eisen om in veilige, betrouwbare en realiseerbare elektrotechnische oplossingen. Zo groei je als Smart Tech Engineer door in vakmanschap, eigenaarschap en denkkracht. Functie Orcatech ontwikkelt ervaren engineers tot Smart Tech Engineers: vakmensen die technisch sterk zijn en doorpakken tot op de werkvloer. Vanuit Roermond, centraal aan de Maas, werk je voor opdrachtgevers in de Midden-Limburgse maak- en procesindustrie. Je bent in dienst bij Orcatech en gedetacheerd bij de klant, en ook daar sta je er niet alleen voor: je Orcatech-team denkt mee, helpt en houdt je scherp. Als Electrical Engineer in Midden-Limburg analyseer je bestaande installaties en ontwerp je modificaties die erop aansluiten. Je overziet wat een wijziging betekent voor beveiliging, selectiviteit en de rest van het systeem. Wat je concreet doet: - Elektrotechnische installaties, besturingen en energievoorzieningen ontwerpen en dimensioneren; - Berekeningen maken voor belasting, kabeldimensionering, kortsluitstromen, beveiliging en selectiviteit; - Componenten selecteren en je keuzes technisch onderbouwen; - Single-line diagrams, schema's, kastontwerpen en kabellijsten opstellen of beoordelen; - Bestaande installaties analyseren, modificaties ontwerpen en as-built documentatie borgen; - Afstemmen met mechanical, PLC/software, process en maintenance, en ondersteunen bij FAT/SAT.
