Electrical engineer elektrische aandrijving en besturing van een (hydraulische) installatie Opdrachtgever is leverancier van grote hydraulische systemen en installaties en ontwerpt, fabriceert en installeert hydraulische aggregaten en complete hydraulische aandrijfsystemen -inclusief de besturing- voor elke denkbare toepassing in de maritieme sector, zowel voor de bagger- als de offshore-industrie. Opdrachtgever produceert geavanceerde elektrisch en hydraulisch aangedreven lier systemen. De lier systemen variëren in grootte tot 500 ton en maken vaak deel uit van grote complexe projecten. Om deze activiteiten verder uit te bouwen zijn wij op zoek naar een Electrical Engineer om deze organisatie verder vorm te geven. Functie omschrijving U bent verantwoordelijk voor de elektrische aandrijving en besturing van een (hydraulische) installatie op basis van de gestelde functionele eisen, hierbij rekening houdend met de normen, veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteits- en keuringseisen. De werkzaamheden Omzetten van de functionele eisen in een specificatie voor de elektrische besturing en aandrijving. Uitwerken van besturingskasten. Aansturen van externe toeleveranciers van schakelkasten en besturingen. Controle uitvoeren van toeleveringen aan de hand van de specificaties en schema's Programmeren van PLC's Functioneel testen van besturingen voor aflevering Het in bedrijfstellen op locatie. Het verlenen van assistentie aan de service afdeling t.b.v. hydraulische installaties. Het documenteren van projecten, inclusief handleidingen, stuklijsten en schema's. Functie eisen HBO/TU Electrotechniek met specialisatie meet en regeltechniek of werktuigbouwkunde met specialisatie werktuigbouwkundige automatisering. Beheersing van zowel analoge als digitale besturingstechnieken. Ervaring met het programmeren van PLC's Kennis van hydraulieksystemen of de bereidheid zich deze kennis eigen te maken.
