The posting

Bij een internationaal opererende machinebouwer in Horst werk je aan machines en installaties voor de champignonsector. Als Electrical & PLC Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de elektrotechnische uitwerking: van klantwens en hardwareontwerp tot besturingssoftware en inbedrijfstelling. Je combineert schema’s in EPLAN P8 en AutoCAD met PLC-, HMI-, aandrijf- en veiligheidssystemen. Daarbij houd je zicht op de technische samenhang, kwaliteit en voortgang van je projecten. In de dagelijkse praktijk selecteer je componenten, schrijf en test je software en optimaliseer je complete machines in de fabriek. Je stemt af met hardware engineers, monteurs en servicecollega’s en ondersteunt verkoop en inkoop bij technische keuzes. Voor inbedrijfstellingen reis je incidenteel naar klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je draagt bij aan standaardisatie en nieuwe functionaliteiten, verdiept je kennis van machinebesturingen en krijgt ruimte om door te groeien richting projectleiding. Wat ga je doen? - Vertalen van klantwensen naar elektrotechnische ontwerpen en schema’s in EPLAN P8 en AutoCAD, eventueel met hardware engineers. - Selecteren en bestellen van elektrotechnische componenten, materialen en aandrijfcomponenten. - Schrijven, configureren en testen van PLC-software, bedienpanelen, aandrijf- en veiligheidssystemen. - Testen en optimaliseren van machines in de fabriek en inbedrijfstellen bij nationale en internationale klanten. - Ondersteunen van service, onderhoud en monteurs en adviseren van verkoop en inkoop over technische vraagstukken. - Bewaken van planning en kwaliteit en verzorgen van projectdocumentatie, standaardisatie en input voor handleidingen. - Meewerken aan nieuwe producten en functionaliteiten voor machines en installaties. Wat vragen we van jou? - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding Elektrotechniek, Mechatronica, Besturingstechniek of Industriële Automatisering. - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring als hardware-, software-, EPLAN- of PLC-engineer in industriële automati.
