The posting

Pour notre client situé à Zonnebeke, nous recherchons un technicien de dépannage. Après une période de formation approfondie, vous serez co-responsable du bon fonctionnement de notre environnement de production, des machines et des robots.

  • Vous évitez les pannes en misant de manière proactive sur la maintenance préventive.
  • En collaboration avec l’opérateur, vous suivez le processus de production et assurez le réglage et les paramétrages des machines et des robots afin de garantir une production sûre et de qualité.
  • Vous détectez, localisez et résolvez de manière autonome les pannes à l’aide de Siemens TIA Portal / Step 7.
  • Vous communiquez régulièrement un feedback sur vos interventions aux chefs d’équipe et aux opérateurs.
  • Vous participez activement à la réflexion sur des améliorations et élaborez des propositions en concertation avec votre responsable.
  • Vous appliquez les principes 5S et veillez à laisser les installations et le poste de travail propres et ordonnés.
  • Vous contribuez activement à la politique de sécurité au sein de l’organisation.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

  • Vous avez une passion pour la technique et disposez d’un diplôme technique ou d’une expérience pertinente (de préférence en environnement industriel).
  • Vous êtes orienté solution et faites preuve de proactivité.
  • Vous avez une affinité avec les programmes PLC (Siemens Step 7, TIA Portal) et les variateurs de fréquence.
  • Vous savez travailler de manière autonome, tout en étant à l’aise en équipe.
  • Vous êtes disposé à travailler en régime de nuit continu (4 jours de travail / 4 jours de repos, de 18h à 06h).
  • Vous habitez dans la région de Zonnebeke.
  • Vous êtes à l’aise dans un environnement de travail plus « brut » (notre matière première est l’argile).
