1 electrify smart energy: Entwicklungsleiter_in WAS SIND DEINE AUFGABEN BEI UNS? * Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Ausbau der gesamten Entwicklungsorganisation (Softwareentwicklung, DevOps, Testing und Entwicklungsprojektmanagement) * Recruiting, Mentoring, Coaching und Entwicklung eines interdisziplinären High-Performance-Entwicklungsteams * Repräsentation der Entwicklungsorganisation in Management- und Strategierunden sowie regelmäßiges Reporting zu transparenten KPIs, Entwicklungen, Ressourcen, Risiken und strategischen Initiativen an Geschäftsführung und Eigentümer * Förderung einer modernen Engineering-Kultur mit hoher Qualitätsorientierung, Wissensaustausch und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung * Verantwortung für die technische Ausrichtung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Softwareplattformen im Energie- und Speicherbereich sowie Einführung und Weiterentwicklung effizienter Entwicklungs-, DevOps-, Qualitäts- und Cyber-Security-Prozesse * Trend Scouting von Technologien sowie Ableitung strategischer Handlungsempfehlungen für unsere Produkte und technische Entscheidungsfindung mit Blick auf Skalierbarkeit, Qualität, Sicherheit und Wirtschaftlichkeit * Definition und Umsetzung der Softwareentwicklungsstrategie sowie Erstellung und Priorisierung der Produkt- und Technologie-Roadmap in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Business Development und Systemarchitektur bei der Entwicklung neuer Lösungen

WENN DU FOLGENDES MITBRINGST, BIST DU BEI UNS RICHTIG VERBUNDEN * Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Software Engineering, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung * Du verbindest technische Exzellenz mit mehrjähriger, moderner Führungskompetenz in Softwareentwicklungs- oder Engineering-Teams und verstehst es, Menschen ebenso weiterzuentwickeln wie Technologien. * Du hast fundierte technische Expertise in modernen Softwarearchitekturen, IoT- und Cloud-basierte Technologien, DevOps sowie agilen Entwicklungsmethoden * Du bringst Erfahrung in der Skalierung von Softwareprodukten und Entwicklungsorganisationen mit * Du vereinst strategisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, technische und wirtschaftliche Anforderungen miteinander zu verbinden * Du bist erfahren in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams und unterschiedlichen Stakeholdern * Und du hast entsprechende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
