The posting

En tant qu'électromécanicien, votre mission principale consiste à assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations afin de garantir la continuité des activités. Vous intervenez aussi bien sur la maintenance préventive que curative, avec une forte dominante en électricité industrielle.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • Assurer les tournées de contrôle des installations.
  • Diagnostiquer les pannes électriques, électromécaniques et mécaniques.
  • Réaliser les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective.
  • Intervenir sur les armoires électriques basse et haute tension.
  • Effectuer le câblage, les raccordements et les réglages des équipements.
  • Travailler sur des systèmes automatisés (capteurs, variateurs, actionneurs, HMI...).
  • Intervenir ponctuellement sur des équipements hydrauliques et pneumatiques.
  • Participer à l'entretien des infrastructures techniques (éclairage, systèmes d'accès, alarmes, équipements de manutention, etc.).
  • Tester les installations après intervention et garantir leur remise en service.
  • Encoder et assurer le suivi des interventions dans la GMAO.
  • Identifier des pistes d'amélioration afin d'optimiser la fiabilité des équipements.
  • Collaborer quotidiennement avec les équipes opérationnelles afin d'assurer la continuité des activités. Vous êtes également capable de gérer les imprévus et de prioriser vos interventions en fonction de l'impact sur l'exploitation.
  • Vous disposez d'une formation en électromécanique ou d'une expérience équivalente.
  • Vous possédez avant tout une solide dominante en électricité industrielle et êtes à l'aise avec le diagnostic de pannes sur des installations automatisées.
  • Une expérience dans un environnement industriel automatisé constitue un réel atout.
  • Les certifications BA4, BA5, VCA ou les habilitations pour le travail en hauteur sont un plus, mais des formations pourront être proposées.
  • Le poste implique des interventions en hauteur : il est donc indispensable de ne pas être sujet au vertige.
