The posting

Bij een internationale producent van gevelstenen, straatbakstenen en steenstrips in Spijk werk je aan de elektrotechnische betrouwbaarheid van het productieproces. Als elektro- en besturingstechnicus onderhoud je het machinepark, verhelp je storingen en verbeter je installaties op elektrotechnisch en besturingstechnisch gebied. Je combineert praktisch werk aan machines met het analyseren van PLC-besturingen. Daarbij kijk je niet alleen naar het directe probleem, maar ook naar mogelijkheden om herhaling te voorkomen en installaties veilig te laten draaien. Je werkt in een klein technisch team in dagdienst en draait mee in de consignatiedienst. Je stemt werkzaamheden af met operators en rapporteert aan de chef technische dienst. Inspecteren, repareren, ombouwen en testen wisselen elkaar af. Er is ruimte voor eigen initiatief en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling, bijvoorbeeld door je kennis van Siemens-besturingen, TIA Portal en machineonderhoud verder uit te bouwen. Functie-inhoud - Inspecteren en preventief onderhouden van elektrotechnische installaties - Elektrotechnische en besturingstechnische storingen analyseren en oplossen - Storingen signaleren en onderhoudswerkzaamheden vastleggen in het Maintenance Management System - Machines demonteren, monteren, repareren en reviseren - Installaties ombouwen, inregelen, testen en technisch optimaliseren - Operators ondersteunen bij technische vragen en problemen aan machines - Werken volgens veiligheids-, kwaliteits- en ARBO-normen Functie-eisen - Mbo-4 Elektrotechniek of een gelijkwaardig niveau met aantoonbare ervaring in machinebouw - Kennis van PLC-besturingen, bij voorkeur Siemens en TIA Portal - Eerste technische werkervaring is een pluspunt; mechanische onderhoudskennis is een pré - Bereidheid om naast de dagdienst mee te draaien in de consignatiedienst - Je blijft rustig bij storingen, neemt initiatief en communiceert duidelijk met collega's - Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt vanzelfsprekend aandacht voor veiligheid Aanb.
