The posting

Bij een industrieel productiebedrijf in Weert zorg je als elektro- en besturingstechnicus dat machines en installaties betrouwbaar blijven werken. Je voert reparaties, preventief onderhoud en wijzigingen uit aan elektrotechnische besturingen, PLC’s, PC’s en pneumatische systemen. Daarbij kijk je verder dan het verhelpen van een storing: je onderzoekt de oorzaak en voert verbeteringen door die herhaling helpen voorkomen. Veilig hervatten van productie en het beperken van stilstand staan centraal. Je werkt 40 uur per week in dagdienst en draait mee in de achterwachtdienst. In de dagelijkse praktijk combineer je storingsdiagnose met meetwerk, softwareaanpassingen en onderhoud aan hardware. Je stemt prioriteiten af met het hoofd van de technische dienst en de productieverantwoordelijke, en werkt samen met mechanische en externe monteurs. Kleine verbeterprojecten, het testen van machines en het actueel houden van documentatie geven je ruimte om je kennis van besturingstechniek en productieprocessen verder te verdiepen. Functie-inhoud - Storingen lokaliseren met elektrische schema’s, handboeken en meetinstrumenten en reparaties uitvoeren. - Onderhoud en benodigde productiestilstand beoordelen en prioriteiten afstemmen met technische dienst en productie. - Preventief onderhoud en wijzigingen uitvoeren aan elektrotechnische, besturingstechnische en pneumatische systemen. - Software- en hardwareverbeteringen realiseren binnen kleine projecten om het productieproces te optimaliseren. - Back-ups van PLC’s en PC’s maken en terugzetten; tekeningen, software en machinecoderingen actueel houden. - Nieuwe en gereviseerde machines installeren en testen en productiepersoneel instrueren over de bediening. - Interne en externe monteurs begeleiden en bij storingen ondersteuning bieden vanuit de achterwachtdienst. Functie-eisen - Mbo+ werk- en denkniveau in een elektrotechnische of besturingstechnische richting. - Aanvullende vakgerichte opleidingen of cursussen passend bij industriël.
